AI Enable Enclave
Approvals, Travel, and Invoice approval flows, with no Copilot seats and no models on CUI.
AI Native Enclave
Enclave Service Desk and RFP Response as native agents on your enclave SharePoint site, a rules-based Mail Filter across all three service mailboxes, and 8 Copilot seats for named roles, on Microsoft 365 G5.
AI Premium Enclave
One Azure Government Foundry agent, generative mail triage, Dev and Prod environments, 20 Copilot seats, and a monthly consumption report.

What the numbers do and do not say.
Microsoft is separate
Microsoft licensing is billed by Microsoft, annually. The figure shown uses a dated reseller planning estimate from July 2026: $60.20 per user per month, $722.40 per user per year. A partner quote can differ.
AI is optional
AI tiers carry separate setup, refresh and consumption costs. Add them to your base enclave estimate when reviewing your scope.
The clock starts at the tenant
Delivery durations start only once Microsoft Azure procurement is complete and your GCC High tenant is provisioned. The 60-day and 14-day clocks do not run before then. Signing the order does not start them.
Assessment fees are separate
The C3PAO assessment fee is not included. Confirm your scope, licensing and assessment quote before approving a build.
